You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify me if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Should you wish to return a print or artwork, the cost of returning the work via post will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The artwork must return undamaged in order to qualify for a refund. All returned items must be recieved within 30 days unless we have agreed a longer term in writing (e.g. email).
Buying an artwork can be a big investment and a very personal choice. If you are undecided please contact me, I am very happy to provide any added detail you may need or I may be able to show you the piece in person before purchasing.
